PASKAL KRAPOVSKI

LEADER OF CELLOS

Paskal actively presents his musical expression on concert stages in Macedonia and abroad. His professional engagement as a leader of the cellos of the Macedonian Philharmonic enables him to actively engage in chamber music, as a member of the trio Parnasus and the Music Progressive Quartet. Besides his performance activities, he also works as a pedagogue and researcher.

Paskal was born into a family with a long musical tradition. He began his education with Risto Krapovski and Dime Stojanovski in Skopje, and later continued his Bachelor’s and Master’s studies with Antaoli Krastev at the State Music Academy Pancho Vladigerov in Sofia. In 2018/19 he realised an academic visit at the University of North Colorado, USA, where he acted as a teaching assistant of Gal Faganel.
